  • For starting the change user needs to open the control panel of the device.

  • Now the user needs to select the option of View Devices and Printers. This option will be available under the heading of Hardware and Sound.
  • Once users select the option of View devices and printers, they can see the printer attached to their device.
  • Now the user needs to select the printer and by doing the right click they can select the option of Set as Default.
  • Now the printer has been selected as the default printer of the user’s device.

Ink in the printer- in this error user will able to get the print but the paper will be completely blank because the ink is required for printing and if it is missing from the printer user’s print will be useless. To avoid this kind of error user needs to check the ink level in the printer on regular basis.
